Weekly rentals are as follows:
Winter -Monday to Monday.
Summer - Sunday to Sunday.
Rates and availability subject to change until under deposit with signed lease
Booking more than 30 days prior to arrival – a 50% deposit by cash or check is due within 7 days from booking. Final payment and security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking 30 days or less: full payment and security due within 3 days from booking.
Cancellation policy – refunds will be given if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior. Within 30 days of reservation refund will only be given if house is rented. An administrative fee of $100 may be charged with any cancellation.
Winter Ski Season: Dec. 16th to April 15th..
Spring: April 16th to June 15th.
Summer: June 16th to Sept. 15th.
Fall: Sept. 16th to Dec. 15th.
